Change your mindset. Change your life.

Ode to one of my all time favourite motivational and manifestor of joy, Garrain Jones, who evangelised the idea that by simply changing your mindset you could change your life.
I can also attest to the concept that you can train your mind, like any other muscle in your body to do anything you desire. I challenge you to train your mindset to simply say NO. No to a life that is lesser than, a life you don’t want or need. Why? Because manifesting yes, is going to rely on you saying yes. Contrary to primary school teachings, no is not the opposite of yes. Yes has more energetic, emotional weight whereas no has more of rationale weight. What does this mean? when you say yes, you open up to infinite opportunities whereas no has you spiralling in your head to closing off. So instead again choosing to write about the negative rationale connotations, invite the idea that by saying yes (more so yes, to your inner child - which I will speak about later) you build on your imagination. To train your mind to manifest, i.e. to create possibilities from nothing or what appears to be magic, an unlikely possibility, you have to invite energetic and emotional magnetism. Manifesting, in the new age has become synonymous with “think positive” but it has more primitive roots. Here I expand on this slightly with some of the neuroscience behind it. Yes, opens up your hypothalymus, amygdala and sends oxytocin (positive hormone), that signals this is a good feeling. When we feel good we not only can create more ideas but we make new, long-lasting neurological connections, which effectively tell neurons (the parts that carry messages/ instructions/ information) of our brain to fire more, i.e. do more with this information, it feels good. The more feel good signals we fire, the abundance of energy that is created, more connections, means more ideas, more ideas mean feeling good and so the cycle or training continues!
