How to manifest: Journaling to your inner child

Journalling is the ancient and secret art of procuring spells, as it is written it is usually done. Have you ever had the experience of journaling in the early hours or late at night and feeling the release? It’s such a catharthic experience that it is the number one go to for all ailments of the mind. In her book, creative joy, Carol talks about the practice of morning pages. Something you can go on to read should you wish to rekindle creative practices. For me and the point of this tool, journaling is as an expression to heal and/or integrates part of you that you have suppressed or not tended to in a while. In order to manifest you have to have the mindset and space to clearly see the opportunities. Journaling like gardening clears out the weeds but also tends and connect new paths for things to grow and flourish. This is key. The significance of journaling to the younger you is that you get to heal and express things that you wish you had access to or known in those mini stages of life. The effect is wholesome. In order to have, aka manifest something in the future, you have to connect the joy now. One easy way to do this is to write (daily) to your inner child or the younger version of you that felt abandoned or hurt in some way and tell them all the things that have excited you recently. It not only invites gratitude but gives your future a new version of neural pathways to smile from. The online course I’m launching goes into meditations for you to connect with the inner child, to first understand what it is you need to write about or experience and also gently support you, so you know its safe as you move closer to your dreams. This is crucial, part of what can limit manifesting, even with the journaling is not feeling safe to invite this part of your healing, the meditations and conversation will help with this.
