1:1 Coaching Sessions
For anyone navigating change, these coaching sessions will help you to cultivate balance, clarity, direction, confidence, and emotional resilience, deepened by Reiki.
Meet in-person, Amsterdam canal-side, or via video call

What will be the focus:
All sessions are tailored to an individuals needs but typically clients come to discuss topics related to:

  • navigating new beginnings

  • finding clarity

  • balancing their energy

  • reducing stress, overwhelm and anxiety

  • career transitions

  • personal growth

Before a new session, all new clients are offered a 30-minute complimentary consultation.

  • It’s introspective and reflective — the focus is on you, your memories, your narrative, your identity, your new needs

  • It’s intimate and personal — the “on-the-couch” format invites you to open up, often bringing awareness to the tender facets that have longed for a voice

  • It’s integrative —by figuring out when where the ruptures are, we can begin to connect to your higher resilient self, grounding you in your body and capacity to manage change.
