DESIGN RESEARCH WITH KIDS

The client wanted to leverage the existing technical infrastructure for a new youth proposition. However, the user problem, proposition, and use case were undefined. This project developed the proposition and customer journey to determine a youth banking acquisition and engagement strategy.

PROBLEM

The underlying platform that could enable kids to manage their money existed, however, it was unclear why the product would resonate with them or why they needed it in the first place

PROCESS

Kids were engaged through a series of co-creation workshops over 6 weeks to reimagine specific customer journeys based on their needs

RESULT

Primary qualitative research with kids and their families led to the development of product strategy, feature prioritisation and technical roadmap
