POSITIVE THINKING - THAT'S ALL YOU NEED.

I should’ve written the title as a question. The reality is I was going to say a whole thing on this. That actually the art is in practicing daily, inventing rituals, output, tribes all these things to keep you going. The harsh reality is, life will meet you were you are. If you’re reading this or intrigued, the realness of this is that you’re in deep training. So to be frank, thinking positive will not even get you far enough to being able to dream. Actually in most cases it has the pseudo or opposite effect. It actually makes you suffer more and longer. Which is why you’ll often hear, I’ve been manifesting or being positive why is nothing coming. Well that could be for a bunch of different reasons. You’re not in a deep enough state of belief (or trance), you’re not synced up to your seasons (doing vs being vs seeing vs resting), etc etc etc. I could go on. The thing that is going to help you the most is RESILIENCE and GRIT. When naysayers say something slick, when a colleague catches you off guard, when your kids won’t let you breathe - that’s when you need to dig deep, thinking positive will not help you. I have a simple exercise which is about grounding as I believe there is a link between being resilient and being grounded. Like the roots of trees you need to root deep. In those moments, step away, allow yourself to do something that pleases you - make a tea, go outside, look outside, put on a song, do something to change the station or frquency of what is happening back to what you believe will happen when you’re feeling how you feel when you take that moment.
